Pricing is determined by size of space and requirement of services.
For cleaning, a smaller home or office will be less than a larger one however client expectations for requirement of services must be comprehended to ultimately price accurately.
For lawn care, the smaller the lawn, the less expensive your program will be however, additional services such as hedge trimming, aeration, small tree trimming/cutting will add to your service cost.
